Patrick J Henneberry
Vice President of Homebuilding, Castle & Cooke Bakersfield Housing Operations

Based in Bakersfield, CA., and currently responsible for the Bakersfield Housing Operations. Henneberry joined Castle & Cooke in November of 1992. During his tenure he has managed several projects, including the construction of a 36-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf club in Morgan Hill, CA, a 9-hole expansion of the Seven Oaks, Country Club in Bakersfield, CA and several other commercial projects. He is currently building an organization that will produce over 1,000 homes per year in two Central California regions. He is a native of San Francisco, CA and received his BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University. He is married with three boys.
